Due to sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns. If your item is materially affected, we will send you a replacement item. Please email us a picture of your defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. We are more than happy to exchange your item, however.
All items are made to order and are not in stock. All sales are final. Once you place your order it goes directly into production and cannot be stopped.
A credit may be applied to your account for items that have been shipped.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
Lost or stolen packages: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whatever courier service was used. Danaë is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned into the courier system.
